2. Description of Service
VoxWarp is a voice-to-text application that provides:
- Voice recording and transcription services
- AI-powered text enhancement and processing
- Export and sharing functionality
- Cloud synchronization of your content
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
- One person may not maintain more than one account
4. Token Usage and Billing
- Free accounts receive 5,000 tokens
- Pro subscriptions provide 50,000 tokens per month
- Tokens are used for transcription and AI enhancement
- Unused tokens do not roll over to the next billing period
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Google Play
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use VoxWarp to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Record conversations without proper consent
- Process content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Reverse engineer or copy the application
6. Intellectual Property
- VoxWarp and its original content are owned by us
- You retain ownership of content you create using the Service
- You grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service
7. Privacy
Your use of VoxWarp is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
8. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of transcriptions
- AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxWarp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
